Calling all potential adaptive athletes, coaches, athletic directors and officiants!  We're here to ensure everyone involved in integrating adaptive athletes onto their school teams feels equipped to make the season a success!  To that end, we are hosting two clinics designed to give you all the information and training you need.  The powerUP Upper Peninsula Clinic will be held  Feb. 22, 2025,  with a clinic and mini-meet at Michigan Technological University's Student Development Complex.    Amie Day, former Paralympian and coach for the Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association, along  with the University Of Michigan's Adaptive Track and Field Team will lead the clinic, and all participants will get a chance to put their new skills and knowledge to use the same day, in a mini-meet.   The [em]POWER Lower Peninsula Clinic  will be held March 22, 2025 hosted at the Lincoln Athletic Building in Ypsilanti, MI.   Para-ambulatory athlete Margaret Beaudoin, along with the U of M Adaptive Track and Field Team will lead the downstate clinic.
